This dealership mailed me a game card. I went to look at chevy(s) and when I presented my winning card, the salesman told me it was only a gimmick to get people into their dealership (certainly not to create any goodwill, etc). I gave card to them on 10/31/2016 during game card time period. Salesman took game card and would not give it back to me. I went back today (11/22/2016) to find out what happened to my boat and was told game time is over and to leave their showroom. I am reporting them to TX Lottery Commission, TX Dept of Transporation (auto dealer), USPS (mail fraud/scam), US FTC (bait and switch advertising) and, of course, General Motors.
Bill was very friendly and welcoming, I felt very much at "home" there, which is saying a lot for me. The oil change was completed much quicker than I had anticipated and I really appreciate that. Once I picked up my car the girl I paid was very sweet.
PLEASE READ!!!! I recently moved to SanAntonio and needed a car. My family warned me of the dangers involved when buying a used car. Still I needed a cheap car and S A Auto had an amazing deal on a 2005 Sunfire. I met with a man named Valente who could immediately tell it was my first car. He told me the Sunfire ran great and was mechanically sound and if there was ever a problem to have me call him. I ended up buying the car. I was so happy but, that happiness didn't last for long.2hours after I bought the car it stopped working. I feared the worst thinking I was out 3000$. The next day I called Mr. Valente and told him the car didn't start. He immediately called a nearby car repair shop, sent out a tow truck, fixed the car ASAP and then personally called me up to tell me the tow and repair cost was covered by S A Auto. If you are looking for a car dealer who stands by their word and treats each customer as a friend rather than a money sign then I IMPLORE you to give S A Auto a call.

She was the most personable individual I have ever encountered in a vehicle service department. She was very caring and explained everything they did and what they found. There should be more females in this position.
Greeted me with a smile and a friendly hand shake. She took down why I was here and promptly wrote the ticket. Oil change and tire rotation. She asked about other services , but that is all I wanted that day. I was out in under an hour. Can't ask for any better than that.
Was needing a vehicle big enough for power scooter for family member. I felt intimidated at first due to credit issues brought on by severe medical issues of my wife and mother in law. Having a vehicle repossessed certainly did not help matters either. Yet, Ben Gomez and Jim Thompson went to work to put us in a very satisfactory vehicle which we are very proud to own. The overall experience was heart warming and excellent and as a former vehicle salesman, I felt at home with the professionalism and true caring shown to my wife and I. They certainly earned our respect and our business!!!!
