Pinehaven Garden Apartments

I made the mistake of signing a lease before reseaching the manager or area. The complex is managed by a woman who diregards your rights of privacy ( was told by former residents she would enter the apt while they were away ) and will make it difficult to live comfortably. Is someone who makes up rules that don't make sense, someone who searches your trash and displays a pizza box with cheese residue in her office as a warning to residents she is watching us all.

I heard from neighbors in the complex most were moving because of manager problems, unfortunatly too late for me at the time of my lease. She still refuses to return my deposit and diregards legal warnings.

The neighborhood is an area where most high school students party, ( because of the shopping center nearby ) all hours and I've, like others, had my car windows broken by vandals. Constant drinking and police sirens all night long add to the problems of the area.

I hope you find a place where you can live comfortably... An unhappy FORMER resident!
