I used their services a month and a half ago, had to return 3 times for defective lenses and uncomfortable frames. Everyone there blamed someone else for the problems.

Finally I decided to cancel my order and although I was assured of a warrenty it's been 3 weeks and they still have not returned my $175 initial fee. Recently called 2nd time in two weeks after told I would be reinbersed and was told they needed more time to return my moneys. Staff was too busy talking to one another to help at front desk, very rude. Talked to another patron who had to wait 1 1/2 hrs after her appt time.
