Let’s cut to the chase. I like the way tanning makes me feel, but it’s an added bonus when you walk into a tanning place and the staff greets you with a smile and knows your name. That’s the way it is at Exclusive Tans. I’ve tanned at many other establishments that have beaches and palms in their name, but have not experienced the same customer service as I get at Exclusive Tans. It seems the bigger the chain the less important the customer service is. I’ll stick with the smaller “Mom and Pop” shops, because in the long run, it’s the bulbs that tan you, not the pretty bed. I would rather have the memory of polite service and a good tan, rather than saying Wow that was a nice bed, but the service was horrible.
I read the review about the airbrush tanning at Exclusive Tans, and I completely disagree. Given the situation of being totally exposed during these sessions, the staff always makes you feel comfortable and uninhibited. The job they do is awesome. I choose to do the airbrush instead of the beds, because I am impatient in getting the color I want and because the tan I get from the airbrush looks like I’ve been in Jamaica for two weeks, but I get it in less than 30 minutes. As far as the owner being rude and awful, I’ve had numerous sessions, and the staff has always been extremely polite, including the owner. I will continue to go and would recommend Exclusive Tans to anyone.
I just started tanning for a trip I have at the end of April and after much research, picked this tanning salon! The Manager running the place is awesome! Not just a pretty face, she was very knowledgeable (which was impressive due to the fact that she is younger than I am) and was able to help me get the best package for my specific needs! I saw results after only 2 visits! I had NO INTENTION of getting a lotion, however, because of what was recommended to me - I have great color already! I've been to many tanning places in Colorado, and Exclusive Tans is by far the best place I've ever tanned with!
I tan to get ready for the summer, so I'm not in there all the time -- but do you think they remembered my name! and kept my package on file -- my time didn't expire after a few months just because I hadn't used it. And, they know how to get my tan started without burning me. I've been to plenty of places that just try to sell you on the most expensive thing they have and they didn't do that. I felt like they cared about my me as a customer, not just my money.
I have been tanning with Exclusive Tans, which used to be Executive Tans since 2004. I mostly tan at the Castle Rock location, but have also tanned at the Castle Pines Location. The staff at both locations are very sweet and VERY knowledgeable. The Manager told me that it is a requirement that all staff members be “Smart Tanned” certified to be employed. With this knowledge, I feel safe that I am getting a “smart tan.”
I have just started tanning at this place and their service is to die for! Any time of day, no matter how busy they are, the staff is always SO nice. They didn't pressure me on the sale -- I got what I wanted. They're great!
