So like me and my girlfriend do we go to Chick-fil-A for breakfast, just this time when I went to use her treat card for the month they didn't allow us to use it because lemonade is different when you put it mixed together with tea even though I've used this same drink at other Chick-fil-A's an have had no problem using the treat card, the manager refused to fix this an I don't intend on going back to this location. I'm very disappointed an usually Chick-fil-A has way better customer service than this.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this Jack in the Box. I pulled up into the drive through and to the speaker. The speaker came on, "Can I take your order?" I said, "Yes, can I have one moment please." Then immediately the speaker bounced back, "Your moment it up." I replied back jokingly saying, "Dangit!" since I had thought it was a joke. This person was not joking. They said next, "I'm not suppose to wait on anyone. This is fast food." REALLY? I waited 10 or 15 more seconds and gave him our order. Once my food was in hand I looked right at the older gentlemen (named Jim on the receipt) and said, "Your Customer Service is Lacking. Unacceptable." What really bothered me was there was no one behind us waiting and the parking lot was dead.
Went in there today (saturday), bunch of " I don't care" teens working. Every single table was dirty, all trash in the restaurant and bathroom were full and overflowing, all counters were sticky and when I asked for sweetener for the tea the girl says " I don't know if we have anything". Places like this need to up their wages and hire people who care. We will never go back and if the place gets shut down I will laugh because the owner should be there monitoring.
