I have shopped at DCF in the past and always had a positive experience. Recently, I had a very poor customer experience at this store. I will not go into the details as they are not important in the end. What is important is the effort that the owner, Josh, made to rectify the situation. It is clear that Josh and his staff are committed to providing excellent customer service. It is one thing to keep customers happy when everything goes right but when a store is willing to spend the time and energy to overcome situations that go wrong, it shows how dedicated they really are to their customers. I look forward to being a customer for a long time thanks to Josh, Erin and the rest of the staff.
