This company is absolutely the BEST! They came out in the middle of the night when we had a pipe explode. Not only did they arrive within 30 minutes, but they didn't even charge us for overtime or tack on fees for working outside of business hours. They knew exactly what the problem was and explained in laymans terms so that my husband and I could understand easily what the scenario was. The information was so consice it was easy for us to make a decision in the matter. Within two hours not only had they stopped the water immediately but fixed the problem completely. Its been fine ever since. Shawn Williams is an expert and MASTER PLUMBER. He is reliable, has expert knowledge and keeps the pricing at regular rates. When people go for the cheapest plumber, they get the cheapest work. People wake up, these HARD WORKERS do not work for free do you? They have expenses you have never seen just to be visible online in order to help YOU. They value their customer, make follow up phone calls and if I were you, I would use them because they are EXPERTS at what they do and they respond to phone calls and explain everything plus complete projects ontime and within budget. In this town its hard to get an honest plumbing firm. THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT TO USE. FANTASTIC!

They lie and cheat. Charged me for a permit to replace a water heater, and never got a permit. A permit was never required. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS! They don't deserve a single star. Just needed to pick one to post.
