        Overall

        Avoid this company like the plague. If I could give a minus 1000 rating I would. They, particularly their service manager, couldn't care less about 'customer' or 'service'.

        Caution!!! Caution!!! They could never fix my AC unit. Came multiple times change compressor 3 times and still went bad. You must stay around and watch what they are doing. They charge you to recover the refrigerant from the unit and what they do is stick the hose under the toolbox or the ground and dispose of it in the air. I would love for the EPA be around when they are doing this. Then you get stuck with a recovery fee that never happen. Finally called an honest person, they cleaned the lines due to contamination replaced a few things and my unit is still working.
