My wife broke down on the highway outside of Casper, WY on a Saturday and the tow service suggested a mechanic to take a look at the car because "Not a lot of choices on Saturday that are open"... right, like every auto shop in the whole city. So he takes her to an the out-of-city warehouse and they tear into it before I have a chance to get there. They told me it was the fuel pump, which was right, and that they would be done in a couple of hours and even gave me a fair estimate. But 5 hours later they still were not done and after they changed the fuel pump could not get it to start again. I even saw them looking through YouTube videos to try and figure it out as they did not have the proper diagnostic equipment.Skip ahead 48 hours and they finally got it working.... oh, we found a loose wire... We got it fixed and you are good to go. Uh-huh. And he was right, it drove off the lot and back to Sheridan. Skip ahead a week and sure enough the car goes out again...and yes, it is a fuel pump issue again. I take it to another mechanic and have him call Ramsey at Truck Doctors to let him know what he did. Turns out the "Fix" he did was temporary. Glad he let me know that and then billed me for the band aid. I would have taken it in town to a shop I trust earlier had I been informed. Don't let the tow truck driver who is getting a kick back talk you into this shop. Save you time and money and go to a real mechanic.
I can not complain about their work however they charge way to much for the repair and will try to sell you parts you do not need !!! I suggest you shop around before you let them work on your vehicle !!!
Rip offs. I was quoted a price for a window regulator replacement of 285.00 and when I came into have the work done they upped it to 485.00. Then they had the guts to say they will see me when the next one goes out. What a disgraceful bunch of cons running this place. Don't use this place.
Love these guys and gals. I have never had a problem with them upping the price. They quote a price and stick to it. Their labor price is competitive and their mechanics have been with them for several years. I recommend them to all who ask. They also have a shuttle service if it is needed.
I wanted a simple oil change. They took advantage of me big time. Charged me $131 and added useless things like "window wash". Terrible experience.

Rented RV repair. They lie to their customers! - big time! While the company we rented from was told the RV is ready to be picked up within 15 minutes, when we arrived (9 people), we were told that it will take 4-5 more hours. We were totally shocked - 6 children with us and no place to go, no car, couldn't make it to our reserved camping place that day. When we asked why our rental place was told the car is as good as ready, the manager came and said "oh we always say that it takes 4-5 hours, so the customers don't bug us - it will actually take only 2-3 more hours. You know, we have to take the whole motor out...". While I am calling our renter, who is then calling the manager, we see our RV being driven down the street. And suddenly we could have our car back. Now somebody explain that to me. Did they need time to go through our belonging, which of course were in the RV? Did they plan to use it for a joy ride? Or are they simply incompetent and look at their customers as an annoyance?
It's really too bad the service department has to be so completely incompetent because the sales department is great!With that being said, I will NEVER EVER go back to Foss Motors. I have been complaining about my 2012 Jeep Wrangler for a year and a half. The engine was making a tapping noise, the cruise control didn't work, and the engine was hesitating. I gave them over 4 chances to fix my cruise control with no avail and when my check engine light finally came on, I was told to continue to drive the Jeep while they waited for parts. I immediately took my Jeep Wrangler to another shop who gave me a rental without throught, told me I should NOT be driving this as a multiple engine misfire was diagnosed on the check engine reading, and the problem was fixed within 3 days.Not only did the other dealership treat me well, which the jerks in the service department at Foss did not, but they confirmed what I had been saying all along that my left cylinder head needed to be replaced.Not only did the service department treat me like an idiot woman who knew nothing about cars, but they also would have cost me a LOT of money had they continued to let me drive my Jeep past it's 36k warranty with all of the issues I had expressed concern with.Especially if you are a woman, BE AWARE!!!!!
