        There is a restaurant at this ...

        There is a restaurant at this club house called The Grille. After attending my wife's company Christmas Party there in '10, I made reservations to have my company's party there in Dec. '11. Her party was impressive but unfortunately my party last month was not. Maybe we caught the staff on a bad night, but our service was disorganized and the waitresses seemed to be in a constant state of confusion. Our beverages were not refilled unless we flagged down a waitress. The service was chaotic. I will probably go back sometime and try it again in case we did go on an off night and since our previous visit was a positive one. But last month's experience was not a good one.

        Three Crowns Golf Course resides on the award winning remediation project of the former Amoco Oil Refinery along the North Platte River in Casper, Wyoming. The site, known as the Platte River Commons, includes the golf course, business park, jogging trail and parks on approximately 350 acres. Three Crowns boasts a par 72, 7, 065 yard Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Championship design. The course has 110 acres of manicured turf and 45 acres of native grasses. The greens are costructed to USGA standards with A-1 bentgrass surfaces. Kentucky Bluegrass carpets the tees, fairways and roughs. 61 bunkers with dazzling white sand and 8 blue water lakes compliment the course. A 13 acre Practice Facility with a course condition practice green, two bunkers, short game area and 300 yard driving range provide golfers an excellent opportunity to improve thier game. Robert Trent Jones, Jr. has not disappointed in his consideration of all players. Men will have their choice of challenge from either the Black, Gold or White teeing areas. From the Red or White tees, women will enjoy the excellent conditons, generous fairways and receptive greens. All will enjoy the attentive service expected from only the best resorts.
