1. In order to cash customers checks you must go in the bank and wait for a customer service person. Once they have you in the chair they not only fingerprint you, but in the guise of customer security they force you to wait 20 minutes for your cash. They bully you you to open an account with them for 20 mins! All branches do this.2. A lot of businesses refuse to deal with this bank due to constant errors.3. They harass you to pay on loans within the 10 day "grace" period, even when you're in good standing.4 Wells Fargo is only second worst to Bank of America.
Love this credit union! They are more than accommodating and always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!
This bank is despicable. I closed my account with them and there some how was a $47.00 charge after my account closed that I was not informed about. They reported me to Chexsystems, which I understand is acceptable, and I don't have an issue with. 2 years later I went to open up a new bank account and found out that I was unable to because of the Chexsystems report. I immediately paid the $47.00, but the bank as is refusing to report to Chexsystems to have it removed (which is standard procedure according to other banks I have spoken with). Now I can't open up a bank account for 5 years due to a $47.00 oversight, doesn't seem really fair or reasonable. talking with WyHy doesn't seem to do anything, they just say it's their policy and deal with it. Stay very very clear of this disreputable "financial institution"
Wells Fargo branches in Casper are the worst for customer care I have seen in town, not one location is up to scratch with modern customer service standards.
