I had a jack that would not retract...supposedly fixed until the third time then failed. Charged me for something that was not the cause of the failure and then had the nerve to not stand behind their work despite a call to them the morning I took it in elewhere confirming that they would if the new RV repair place called them to say it was Stalkup's fault...which did happen. Not a company I would do business with again and not recommended.They were rude to me and rude to the staff of the new repair facility.
Do not use Stalkups service department.Their service work was done improperly, the customer service was horrible, and they refused to let us speak to a superviser or contact one in any way.We brought our Holiday Rambler in to have the cooling element replaced on our refrigerator. It was replaced incorrectly, and when it still wasnt working, they failed to diagnose the problem.They left our motorhome a mess, tore the ceiling, and only offered a fraction of the cost to replace the ceiling panel.They failed to inform us they werent using original equipment replacement parts.Their paperwork was lacking, they "forgot" I gave them a $500 deposit, and they never gave us a final invoice, even after calling/emailing 5 times.We are very disappointed with the quality of work, service and lack of accountability.I would strongly suggest passing on using Stalkup for RV service.
I've taken my vehicle here a few times and the service is always great! I am always greeted with friendly, smiling faces when I walk in. The service department is always professional and so willing to help. My car is always fixed and ready to go with no issues when I pick it up, they even wash it for me! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.
They sold my car almost 3 months ago but They still have not given me my money. And they sold the car for 3000 less than we agreed on. Buyer and seller beware!!!
We purchased an RV from Stalkup's about 3 years ago. It was a great purchasing experience and they have promptly taken care of any issues and questions we have had since. Their parts personnel are knowledgeable and their service staff are highly trained. I highly recommend Stalkup's RV!

once they saw I had not so perfect credit, they quit working with me, hard to get calls back, the finance person was more interested in talking to friends in the store ...while I was waiting for an hour to talk to him, went to Gillette and green river shops and had an awesome experience and finally have the bike I've wanted..
The service was really good! They helped me find something when I had no clue what I was looking for! They we're really nice and helpful!

My wife and I took our RV into this establishment to have an AC checked out I informed the Service Tech that I also had been on the phone 3 times with tech support for the leveling system on the fifth wheel unit I was still under warranty by Atwood Manufacturing and told him I did not want to pay for him to call tech support. The AC unit was not cooling properly either and both units where under warranty but the tech told me that if the AC was not installed properly they would charge for that which I was okay with. We then went to the parts store and purchased $350 worth of merchandise from the parts store (very nice personnel in the parts store) My wife and I went to lunch and they had called to inform us that we can pickup the unit, drove back to Stalkups RV , after arriving at Stalkup's I was given the bill for $262.50 which consisted of $105 for the tech to use aluminum tape on the AC to seal it up better from a 5 month previous install at Camping World in Savannah GA which was not purchased at Stalkup's but was still under warranty which I could understand if a bad install had occurred (maybe)?? at Camping World. The other $157.50 was charged to us for calling tech support and to check out the system on the keypad only with NO problems in the system but still they charged us 1.5 hrs of labor which tech support at Atwood will NOT sit on the phone that long with you and after they where told do NOT call tech support and charge us for it, I can do that ourselves. I spoke to the guys at the front desk in the parts store to take that amount off my bill they told me that they would be fired for doing that. the employees were intimidated by the owner which I now understand why, I went outside to load my unit and found installed on all sides of the unit including the front lip was their label for advertising their store, I went back and informed them to take off the stickers they had put on without asking us since we bought the unit in Atlanta and not here and I charge for advertising since I am in marketing products. I was told they would not take off the stickers that they would be fired by the owner so I ask who put them on and was told that the owner installed them himself, I then asked where is the owner and they pointed to a guy on a fork lift I motioned to him to drive over to me and ask him to please take off the stickers on my unit and he immediately became anger and pushed the fork lift into reverse and came within 4 inches of running over my foot (without saying a word) then proceeded to jump off the fork lift and walking over to some employees standing on the sidewalk yelling out make sure you get his name he can no longer buy here. Wow I was thinking why the heck would I want to buy from you anymore. I definitely will never be back to this shop. Do NOT trust them they will steal from you on labor the parts store is not to bad but you can find better prices from Smith's RV in Casper or little higher prices at Sonny's but at least you will not be taken advantage of. I would not spend 1 cent with this company (they are in Casper and Gillett Wyoming. The owner is a hot head and does not have people skills to talk with someone. beware stay away!!
