Found this shop on Craigslist while browsing through the Motorcycles for Sale section. I was passively looking for a bike for the GF to learn on and to use to get back and forth to work on, for a few months, then plan on upgrading to mine to a 600.They had a few adds for 2011 and 2012 Ninja 250s. I visited their website, which is decently laid out, I may add, and filled out their financing application. Short form, easy to fill out.I knew I wouldn't qualify for premium financing, but figured, WTH and tried anyway. I didn't, but they where able to give me in house financing. Not a big deal to me, as I plan on paying the bike off in a few months.Realize that with in-house financing, as with most places for recreational vehicles, you will need to come up with a very substantial down payment, up to half, in most cases. I expected this and when Tommy, the Sales manager (I think, hope I got his position correct, here) called me to inform me of this, it was no surprise. We chatted for a little while and made an appointment for me to come in this weekend to pick one out. They had two colors available, red and black (No one has green in stock, anymore, lol). We opted for the black and have to say, I love the color scheme, even though I would have preferred green, but that's a minor want and nothing they control.Tommy had the paperwork just about all ready, when we showed up this morning. No surprises with the numbers. Everything was as we agreed to, over the phone and through emails.
I took my 2006 Mean streak into the service department today 10/11/2013 due to a small leak I was having. I was told by the service rep that I woul…
As usual, Tim, Luke and crew took A+ care of me and my lethal machine. Oil change with full synthetic and a chain clean/adjust, and my 2012 ZX14R is screaming for speed. Attention to detail, service, and fair pricing is WHY this is an A+ rated dealer. I would go no where else. Riding back to PHX rolling up to 130 my bike was thanking me all the way home!!
Nick and Ruben were amazing. There was no pressure to buy. But we were very impressed with their product and knowledge. They were friendly, courteous and professional. But more than that, by the time we left (with the title to our new, loaded TERYX4 ) we felt like we were welcomed into a wonderful, new family. Many thanks Nick and Ruben.
I just picked up my new Vulcan front Adrenalin. This was by far the best experience I have had buy a motorcycle. My sales person Matt was great to work with. They did give me the best price around. The owner is also a great down to earth person, no big attitude, just friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you check them out.
Great experience and happy people. Greeted us when we walked in, were very helpful and cared about us as customers. We were so impressed, we go out of our way to go Casa Grande for parts or whatever we need. They have the best prices around, so good that we bought two bikes and love them. I highly recommend shopping here!!
I have been to adrenalin a few times over the years for parts and never had any problems! I meet the new Manager Tommy last week and he ask me to write about my experiences on the web. He seems like a great guy trying to turn Adrenaline around! I'm about ready for a new side by side and will give these guys a shot.
Treated us like a friend! Another dealer said they had the same price on a teryx 4 seater but charged extra setup fees and shipping. Overall they beat the other's by $800.00.. Note: Just had the 1st service done and they still treated us like family!
This is a great bunch of people that respect customers and willing to help .
Adrenlin motorsports is a dealer you can trust to give you great out the door prices on Can-am and Kawasaki Sidexside's. They have a rather decent mechanical team, however a bit pricey unlike the sales department.
