The WORST customer service and business practices EVER!!!



Car wash NEVER works, just takes patron's money and then the clerk (Jasmin) will not issue a refund. She will also be so obnoxious as to LAUGH at you when you request a refund, and will not stop talking on her cell phone.



There is NEVER a posting that the wash service is out of order, or an appropriate block. SAFETY ISSUE!!!



My friend drove over a small crate in her SUV since it was not visible and they refused to help her remove it with her three children in the car.



Really a poorly run, unprofessional business with OVERPRICED gas.
