Please read and beware before you buy a car from Jones.. I am bought a truck 3 days ago from them for $16,998 brought the truck to Goodyear Tire and Discount Tire to have them look at the tires they both said the tires were dry-rotted and out of expiration yes folks tires have an expiration date of five years the tires on the truck were from 2010 I told the dealership about this and he argued and said he's looking at the inspection report and says that can't be terrible terrible customer service instead of saying Rich come on down let's see what we can do for you he argued me on the phone and says I was wrong Goodyear was wrong and discount was wrong folks please beware my truck sits in my driveway after just buying it over a set of tires cost in $467 please folks read this before going anywhere near Jones Auto Centers the only thing that mattered is they got their money and they just didn't care Jones Auto Center you beat me you win there's nothing that I can do I'm getting hold of the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint just like hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of other people have against Jones..
I brought in a 1969 Honda CB-450 that ran terrible. Kendall fixed it. He had to adjust, replace, drill and order detailed parts and know what it needed. It runs and shifts so smoooooth. THANKS "THE CYCLE CENTER"!! J.M. Evans.

Just had my first experience with Kendal, owner and mechanic, at the Cycle Center in Casa Grande for my 2005 Yamaha Road Star and was very happy with the results. Kendal repaired the clutch and carburetor and it runs like new. I would take my bike back to him for any repairs in the future!
My experience in purchasing and the servicing of my 2016 Chevy Malibu at Henry Brown has been wonderful. Every visit made by me to the Service Department has been handled professionally and completed in a timely manner. Each oil change has been a smooth process. 72 year old disabled vet, have purchased many cars over the years. I stopped looking at used car lots long ago. Manufacturers Dealers always treated me with respect. Provided proper service, fair prices, then by accident I stopped in at Glenn Jones Ford adjacent to Henry brown another dealer OR NOT, lied too, cheated, swindled. I presented the swindle to Attorney General of Arizona. They have been trying to make rediculous offers asking me where they can send the check ? A pentence of what they took. Writing up tales in reply to my complaints the AG sends them, my responses are supported by fact, all they have are words, my perspective that dealers are a notch above unscrupulous used car lots has changed. These fat cats continue to waste my time using the lawyer they have on staff to handle the unlucky customers at just one of their stores Casa Grande is the first-last-only jones auto I ever visited. >>
