Bought a car in March 2017 and I paid for tags to be transferred. They screwed up and issued new tags. Mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is it is currently Jan 2018 and I am still waiting for them to cancel the new tag that I don’t need and has “disappeared” and issue my refund. I called multiple times. My husband and I have spent 200 grand on cars at this dealership and never had a problem until now. They have lost a long time customer over terrible customer service and lack of attention to detail. Go to a place that actually cares about you after the sale.

Took my garaged and well maintained Cadillac SRX in for an oil change. Got it back with a bad oil leak (none before). After a long saga of "replace and pray" troubleshooting (to no avail) I now have a blown engine... They assume no responsibility. Beware their service!!! They are incompetent.

I have bought 2 and leased 2 vehicles from Hendrick Cadillac Cary since 2005. I spent a lot of time talking to the salesmen there about all things Cadillac past and future to keep up with all the new models. Jason Phillips is my go-to guy there and I look forward to working with him for a XTS or CT6 in the near future. I live near Charlotte now, but I get my Cadillacs from Hendrick in Cary - I'm a repeat Customer.
Finance manager told me they would do 1 soft credit pull then proceeded to pull my credit 5 times. I had a 780 score and they dropped it like a ton of bricks. Then they lied about it. Even their "soft" pull shows as a hard pull. Bunch of idiots who don't know the difference or a thing about credit. Stay away!! Bunch of liars.
I just recently purchased a new Golf R from Leith VW. I had a great experience with the deal. Brandon who I worked with was very informative and more then willing to help me find my dream car.
Had broken mirror replaced. Thorough and professional job. Considered alternatives to full replacement of entire mirror and went with a less expensive alternative suggested by dealer. Good job.
