- A native of the Worcester, MA, Dr. LaMura, has spent his entire career in dentistry at various places along his educational and professional journey. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Josephs University in Philadelphia. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1995. Dr. LaMura returned to Philly, where he completed a general practice residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. From there, he worked at different offices in New Jersey and his home state of Massachusetts until he decided to purchase his own practice in 2002 in Connecticut. In 2013, Dr. LaMura sold his Connecticut practice and settled in North Carolina where he opened his own practice in Cary. The customer service from the office was amazing for the first phone call to the day of my appointment. The hygienist was great. She was efficient and friendly. Dr. Pressley was wonderful. His staff was great, the office is clean and up-to-date with the newest technology, the tvs throughout are a big help, and the fact they are providers for my insurance is even better. I loved it here and will be back.
I have been with this practice for over 7years and I love this office. Dr. Pressley and his staff are nice and very knowledgable in the field. I totally disagree with the negative reviews. They are friendly, always willing to help, and inform you all your treatment options. I love this office and will be back for all of my family dental needs.
I am not the type to write reviews, but this is the best dentist I have been to in years. When I visit the office I feel like an old friend. The staff know me when I walk in the door and are always happy to see me. Dr. Pressley does wonderful work and is great with my family. I have recommended him to co-workers and friends. If a great dentist is what you want I would go to him.
The first time I went to the office I was greeted by a friendly smiling face. Everyone there was happy to introduce themself to me and show me around the office. My cleaning was wonderful the hygienist was very friendly and knowlegeable. Dr. Pressley was wonderful he was very friendly and explained everything to me in a way I would understand. I didnt seem like another paycheck like I have before with previous dentist. I loved it there and will be a patient for a long time. I have already referred many friends to him.
I agree with the other negative reivews published here. The dentist as abrasive and rude to my daughter. We won't be going back!
This so called dentist is horrible! I was in a different room listening to him yell at a small child in another room! The child was crying and very scared and pressley was yelling at him in a very mean and unprofessional voice! I will never go there again and I would never ever send a child near that monster!
Just a warning, the staff here is completely the most unprofessional crew I have dealt with. The receptionist was VERY rude and would of rather apparently been at Mule Day then doing her job. And the dentist looks as if he would rather be in a gym working our or getting his hair colored. I have never been from one extreme to the other as this staff. You have a redneck who is completely out of place, and a dentist who acts as if he is working for people out in Beverly Hills. Very strange and rude to say the least. I would NOT recommend this place at all. There are MANY other dentists in this area, use this as your LAST OPTION.
