I wish I could give the service department a negative star. Their customer service is amazingly awful. When you drop off your car for service they don't explain anything to you, they give you a hard time about a loaner car, then they keep your vehicle for days with NO update.. I called and called my service tech Raymond, left messages and he never returned my call until I threatened to file a complaint. Eventually I told them to put my car back together and I would pick it up and take it somewhere else. Not to mention I NEVER received an apology. If you care about your vehicle at all, I would say stay away from them because I mistakenly went to them 3 times and every experience was the same.
Bought a Dodge a couple of months ago from Mike. He was very helpful and told us a lot of stuff about the cars that we didn't know. He even came back the next day (his day off) when we were ready to finalize the purchase to ease our way through the final part of the sale. I know there are a lot of sleazy car salesmen and women out there, but he wasn't one of them. Thanks Mike!
Given that the service department would not even answer the phone when I tried to setup a service appointment, I will not dignify them with even 1-star. However, when you call the sales department, they answer on the first ring but they cannot get any assistance from their own service department. It was quicker for me to drive to the service department. Once there I was greeted with a condescending roll of the eyes and attitude. This may be a good place to buy a vehicle but not for service.
WORST SERVICE EVER! I went to Hendrick Dodge to buy a mini van and was treated with such disrespect. From start to finish the whole process what awful and it is a month later and we are still having such problems. The sales man I had was extreamly rude to me and when I then went to his manager he tryed to help and at the end of the deal the van we throught we had just bought was not at all correct it didnt have the options we had disscussed and the manager had already left for the day so the next day when I spoke with his boss they then had to order all the parts which were ordered incorrectly and now we are still waiting for the correct one to come in and be installed. Then just recently I found out that they never sent in a check to pay off my old car and am now 2 weeks past due on payment. When I spoke with managment they were not very understanding and acted as if they did not care. I would warn anyone who is looking to buy a new car not to use and of the Hendrick auto dealerships they are completly unorganized and extreamly unprofessional, when you call to try to resolve an issue they rarley call you back and just try to ignore the problem. I hope anyone reading this with think twice before spending your time and money at any of the Hendrick Dealerships

I went to purchase a car from them with guarenteed USAA pricing and they did not honor the price. Stay far far away. They find things to add onto the price. I have purchase 2 cars from them in the past but will never go back. They have the worst sales team that can't remember what they offered to do a week before. The sales managers and internet sales team are all crooks

Sales people are weak at best. They did not listen to what I was interested in. Kept trying to push me off on to a car that I already told them I was not interested in, When we finally settled on a car the negotiations were brutal. Get your pen and calculator out and have them explain line by line just what they are charging you for. Plenty of unexplained and unasked for add-ons to the price justified with ""well I got you to your monthly payment, what's wrong?"" What's wrong you ask? How about ethics and a touch of honesty. This type of behavior is exactly what gives car dealerships their sleazy reputation.

The staff have some superficial knowledge of Dodge cars, but try their best to get the most cash on a sale and are very difficult to get in touch with. I think I filled our representatives voicemail, and never heard back. The bottom line is they just don't care. They need a crash course in customer service - just work in a restaurant for a while. The customer always comes first. For Dodge Hendrick, their personal paychecks always come first.
This company is very pushy for sales more than normal, They would not let me have the keys to my own vehicle when I tried to leave unhappy with the deal they were trying to make. Now after receiving my phone number for (private use) I continue to get sales calls on my cell phone while at work after calling them and telling them to remove my number twice.
