Pros:They are always friendly and ready to help. They call yearly when it is time to reorder Vpap supplies. They Bill insurance.
Con: the pricing is not readily put to you when ordering the supplies, but they do process the order through insurance befor send you the bill.

I'm new to the medical supply world and I am so glad I chose Family Medical Supply. Everyone in the shop was very helpful and informative. I worked primarily with Anna who spoke with my insurance company and doctor several times to get my medical supply needs covered. My first experience trying to get necessary supplies covered was a bumpy road, but the staff provided help along the way and did their best (and succeeded) to get it worked out. In addition to Anna, Carol, Corey, Courtney, Sherry, Cassandra, Ryan, and Brad showed me kindness every time I walked through the door. They all made my visits pleasant even through the frustration of the medical and insurance world. It was nice to walk in, knowing the staff would treat me kindly and work with me. I highly recommend Family Medical Supply and won't even consider for a moment going somewhere else!

I quite enjoyed the staff at family medical supply and thought they were kind. I know a thing or two about home medical equipment; it's an emergency when you need it and you want it fast but at the end of the day you don't really want to pay for it. so SASofcaryNC pay your bill and quit whining. And by the way you're a disgrace to SAS and should not be using anything that remotely reflects your company or mentions their name in a review it's extraordinarily unprofessional.
