Overall

These people WILL NOT STOP CALLING US AND HARASSING US. WE HAVE NEVER used their company NOR WILL WE EVER. STOP FREAKING CALLING US! They keep calling our house every 48-72 hours! Each time I've asked them to put us on their do not call list, they say they are doing it, and they DO NOT. It's harassment at this point! I can't imagine if we ever DID business with them how it would be!!! STAY AWAY And the phone reps are RUDE when I tell them I've already asked them to stop calling! - BEWARE RUDE - HARASSING - DO NOT USE.

Bad billing practice stay away!!!

EPM seems fine if you have fescue grass only. They are not much help when it comes to other types of grass. What was most annoying was after the contract expires they don't ask and simply show up and continue to service BUT don't bill the credit card on file anymore. Then they start blaming the customer for not paying. I did not have a good experience with them and will not be going back.

Cheating sales -The sales man ...

Cheating sales -The sales man quoted me total: $428.40 promotion price - 7 applications plus one free for lawn care and 7 applications for tree and shrubs for one year and emphasized that this price specially approved by their manager, and need pay ASAP, otherwise the price will go up, I prepaid the service fee for whole year. After they applied the horrible service, I canceled their bad service, they owned my service fee, not only they refused to refund unfortunately but also claimed that I owned their service fee, a nightmare when you tried to deal with them, it is so shame EPM treats their loyal customers this way
