I called Dr. Mintzer's office to inform the office staff that they would have to respond to the the questionaire before the insurance company will pay. A girl answered the phone and said in an obnoxious voice, "FAMILY GENERATIONS! PLEASE HOLD!" I waited patiently, taking time out of my life and going out of my way to help their office get paid. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes, the girl returned to the phone, I gave her my name, the DOS and was going to explain to her what the office needed to do in order for the claim to be paid, but I was rudely interrupted, with a question that would have been answered if I had not been interrupted. So then I simply stated to the girl that if she had not interrupted me and listened, she would not of had to rudely interrupted me. She then told me I had an attitude, when I stayed calm and monotone the entire time! She did not even apologize and turned the situation around on me! The most unprofessional experience I have ever had!!!
