On 5/8/2018 I dropped off my C70 for scheduled service. The next day I went to pick up the car and immediately noticed a great deal of hot air coming out of one of the driver's side vents even when the AC was on full. I showed the issue to the service manager who agreed something was wrong. Two days later I received a call from him stating that there was an AC/heating issue that would cost $2,000 (supposedly the entire dash needs to be removed). The car's ventilation system was in *perfect* working condition when I dropped the car off for service. Someone at Volvo obviously made a mistake and now refuses to admit it. The service manager asked me multiple times, "Are you SURE it wasn't like this when you brought it in?" If it had been broken I would have asked them to look at it but, as I said, the AC worked fine right up until the time Volvo service took possession of the car. Volvo refuses to even discuss the issue and I've had to hire an attorney to look into the issue. I will never purchase another car or have one serviced at Volvo Cars of Cary (1375 NW Maynard Rd, Cary).

I will be back later to explain and describe my experience with the Salesman. That is the reason for the One Star. I will detail my experience, and let you decide if the Saleman's actions qualify as 'Bait and Switch'.On the other hand, I have been a regular Cadillac Customer of the Service Dept. since 2014. Where I have received professional and courteous service from John Kirkpatrick and Jamie Flees, his manager. I give those two individuals, plus the Service Dept Five Stars.
These guys are not bad they seem to know their products but expensive service department. Total rating I would give four out of five stars.
Took my garaged and well maintained Cadillac SRX in for an oil change. Got it back with a bad oil leak (none before). After a long saga of "replace and pray" troubleshooting (to no avail) I now have a blown engine... They assume no responsibility. Beware their service!!! They are incompetent.
I absolutely love Hendrick Cadillac! The people are so nice; the cars are BEAUTIFUL and I will definitely go there again! And Lewis Brown is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! He knows all about how things work and he is great showing all the newest technology!! Hendrick Cadillac is where it's at! ❤️
I have bought 2 and leased 2 vehicles from Hendrick Cadillac Cary since 2005. I spent a lot of time talking to the salesmen there about all things Cadillac past and future to keep up with all the new models. Jason Phillips is my go-to guy there and I look forward to working with him for a XTS or CT6 in the near future. I live near Charlotte now, but I get my Cadillacs from Hendrick in Cary - I'm a repeat Customer.
Finance manager told me they would do 1 soft credit pull then proceeded to pull my credit 5 times. I had a 780 score and they dropped it like a ton of bricks. Then they lied about it. Even their "soft" pull shows as a hard pull. Bunch of idiots who don't know the difference or a thing about credit. Stay away!! Bunch of liars.
I just recently purchased a new Golf R from Leith VW. I had a great experience with the deal. Brandon who I worked with was very informative and more then willing to help me find my dream car.
Had broken mirror replaced. Thorough and professional job. Considered alternatives to full replacement of entire mirror and went with a less expensive alternative suggested by dealer. Good job.
Jeff Brogan and the crew at crossroads service dept did a great job getting my explorer fixed and back on the road. Thanks yall
