Horrible experience. Keep going back to think maybe they just had an off day. Won't make that mistake anymore. There seems to always be about ten workers hanging around-always talking loudly which to me is really annoying and unprofessional. Feel like I am disrupting their time. Nail polish looks old. Daughter came in to do a fill in-cost said $25 and up. Price came out to be $45. Feel like that don't explain what they are going to do/charge. The technician was clearly sick coughing/sneezing. Extremely rude to my daughter when she washed her hands he was very rude about how she dried them. Just overall bad customer service for an okay job. My last nail trim was way too short and my nails/fingers were sore. Taking my business elsewhere for sure-there are certainly many other options in the Cary/Apex area! Be sure to ask exactly what they will do and what they will charge. Don't go by the pricing on brochure if you do decide to go to this sub par place.

Received a facial as a gift for Christmas, I have never been to this spa before so I was hoping it would be welcoming to new customers. I used the online site to book and appointment and received the confirmation email that it was successfully booked. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the front desk clerk that my appointment wasn't showing on their computer system, the girl I had booked with was not even working that day. I was told there was nothing they could do that day, but that they would call me Monday. I left very disappointed that day. As a new customer , I did not expect that poor of service. I had reserved this day in my personal schedule for this facial. I did get a call Monday and was told that that entire day was booked for a private party 3 months in advance and there was no possible way I could have booked an appointment. I said I have an email as confirmation. She said there was no way to compensate me because I used the online site to book it. It made me feel like it was my fault that I didn't get my scheduled facial. How could I have known about a private party booked months in advance? I had never been to this spa! My confirmation email was simple and to the point. There were no instructions saying "sorry this weekend is blocked for a private party" or "please call to confirm your appointment" it said I had successfully booked my appointment! I would never recommend this to new people looking for a day spa. I'm sure the returning customers that have been loyal to this spa do not have problems but for anybody new that has never been here, I would advise you to look elsewhere. This is a business that should be accommodating, welcoming, and kind. My short experience was non professional and belittling. I hope they can fix their online issue before this happens to someone else. What a shame. I will not be back, and will be sure to get the word out
Diane, the owner, is simply the best and all her people are top notch! I found this place using the YP app because I was looking for a decently priced mani and pedi for right before an interview. They just did an amazing job even while working me into their other appointments that day. Fast forward a little and they are now my go to place for everything! Monica does an amazing job on my hair and let's be real a hot stone massage on your feet is to die for. Make the appointment. SERIOUSLY. Make. The. Appointment. BTW, I got the job too!

i just moved to NC and needed a gel fill-in. They use an electric file that ruined my natural nails. They use cheap gel product NOT LCN. Before I booked my appointment I asked if they used LCN product. I will never go back! It made select a rating I wouldn't give them a 1/2 star.
