These guys are honest and do amazing work!!!!!! Family owned and they have great customer service!!!

I totally disagree with the other review. We have used this Merlins since they first opened and take 2 personal vehicles and 2 business vehicles here for all of our auto care, not just mufflers & brakes. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is reliable. Even though this has never been an issue for us, they have said, "Be sure you let us know if there's ever a problem. We can't fix it if we don't know about it." And I have no doubt they would fix it free-of-charge until it's right. Our teenage daughter had an issue with her own car that the dealer quoted at $1,200 and said that they couldn't guarantee it would fix the problem. We then took it to Merlins and they fixed it for her for $350 and it ran great. They've done nothing but take outstanding care of us with excellent service and attitude!!! I wouldn't trust our vehicles with anyone else!

I HAVE HAD A VERY EXPENSIVE COUPLE OF VISITS AT THIS LOCATION, AND HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THIS LOCATION HAS NO BUSINESS TRYING TO DO ENGINE WORK MUCH LESS THE REPLACEMENT OF A MUFFLER AND PIPES! THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING! WE LEFT THERE WITH OVER $2,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS, AND STILL HAD A CAR THAT WAS LOSING 2 QUARTS OF OIL A DAY! A MUFFLER WE HAD REPLACED A FEW MONTHS AGO ON ANOTHER CAR, JUST ABOUT FELL OFF THIS WEEK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
