This is the worst delivery company in the city of Houston.I have had 3 deleiveries with this company and they can never return calls, never schedule times, boxes are always damaged which requires claims and re-ordering.I think they are scamming an insurance company because every box was damaged in some way.I would never order another item if this was the delivery company.It has no management and no one is in charge.

My wife, stepson and I had just left Texas Children's Hospital where my severely disabled stepson had just seen his doctor. We had just pulled onto highway 288 when I noticed the engine Temp gauge started climbing and steam coming from under the hood. We pulled off the road, called Triple AAA. Houston Emergency Auto came to our aid and took my wife and son all the way to Magnolia Texas, about 49 miles. Robert was very professional, gracious and helpful. An angel in waiting... I also agree that this has got to be the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. First, they didn't have part of my order, and blamed the company I purchased it from. When the delivery personnel entered my home, they became irritated at the fact that they had to remove my old mattress. I paid for this service, and it even said, in bold letters, that this service was to be performed. They grumbled at me and each other in Spanish, but removed it. When they left, they did not offer any sort of contact information or what to do in regards to the missing item, just left without a word. Very unprofessional. And then, it turns out, the secondary item that was missing was aT the warehouse! I understand that people make mistakes, but the personnel was extremely rude, and handled the situation terribly. I expected better treatment for 150 dollars.
This is literally the WORST delivery service I have ever seen. They missed 3 appointments to deliver a recliner I purchased. They give a 4 hour window for delivery... but they missed the times. The first time they missed it by 1.5 hours and the second time by 4 hours, then the 3rd time they didn't show or call at all. This makes it difficult since I have to take off of work to receive the delivery and they will ONLY deliver to my house on a Monday. They charged the Navy Exchange where I purchased the chair from $60 each time they attempted to deliver it, even though it was them who was missing the time window. They then started charging the Exchange a storage fee. To make it worse, when they didn't show or call yesterday for the delivery I called this morning and the phone representative tried to reschedule me for next Monday again. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor because I did not want to wait another week. After speaking to the supervisor I learned that the item had been sent back to the Exchange over a week ago because they didn't want to have to continue to pay storage on it... so the delivery appointment I had yesterday was bogus, and so was the delivery they were trying to set me up for next week. I will never again order from someone if I know this is the delivery service they use.
Not sure how these people are still in business. They never answer their phone(s). They need to check out thier truck drivers better. They had an 18 wheeler with a trailer attached doing 75 to 80 MPH on SH225 this morning during rush hour traffic (7:30 am). Weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating several cars. Plus, he was driving in a restricted lane of traffic (no truck in keft lane during certain times). His brakes squeeled and several of his tires shook. Driver was on his cell phone because he knew I was watching him so he held his cell phone up for me to see he was on it. He was a danger to everyone on the road weaving in and out of traffic fromthe slow( right) lane and back to the fast lane. White Truck pulling a container trailer (trailer ID) TNP026450 with Calf plates 1WA2951). I would report him to his dipatcher, but they will not answer their phones. Drivers beware! ! !
My experience with this company on two occasions has been THE WORST experience i have ever had with a delivery company. The items i bought from target came damaged and broken and the box was ripped on all sides. i was told this was how it came and there was nothing they could do. They told me to call the company The delivery team didn't seem to care at all..I also purchased a mattress it WAS FILTHY AND HAD DRAG MARKS ON THE SIDE AND IT HAD BEEN TORN the sad part was the driver and the helper tried to hide it from me so i wouldn't see it. VERY DISHONEST WORKERS they talked in spanish so i couldn't understand what they were saying..I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone..If you want professionals don't use Spirit Delivery. 0 stars
