Most animal control divisions are so under budgeted and understaffed. Have you ever thought of volunteering instead of complaining? Donations of bedding, dry and canned foods would probably also be greatly appreciated. Try calling them, or even go there again and ASK them what you can do to improve the facility for both the employees and the animals. I bet it wuld make you feel better in your heart!

Horrible customer service and harsh treatment of the animals when I was there visiting the past three times. Would not recommend doing business with at all. I feel for the poor animals that are there and the lack of empathy.
