Me and my wife went to look at a Kia Sedona and was promised by the salesperson that they can get our payments right where they need to be. Turns out the sales person could not get the payments anywhere where they need to be and to top it all off every deal involve them not paying off my trade. Of wish I was under than what it was worth. We finally settled on a used Kia Sedona 2015 model. And upon signing all the paperwork they fell to mention it only came with one set of keys. The sales manager Scott rectified the situation and got us a set of spare keys. I also informed him about how the front wheels are not aligned and it shook going down the highway, and how the battery went dead on me after owning it just two weeks. He had me bring the van in and they fix the front wheels and I'm still waiting for a phone call or message of some sort about the battery. All and all the experience could have been better probably won't be buying another Kia anytime soon. Felt more like a number rather than a customer. And if anyone from Kia would like to contact me you should have my number due to all the times I tried to contact you. Sincerely TJ turgeon
"AMAZING!"I absolutely LOVE this place! I felt so welcome. Everyone was so friendly. I expected buying a car to be a stressful experience, but Metro Kia made my experience STRESS FREE!!! When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by the owner. He was so nice and he personally made sure I was taken care of and satisfied! Thank you so much Dan Johnson for making me feel at ease about buying a new car! I will definitely recommend Metro Kia to all of my family and friends :) thank you sooooo much! I love my new optima!!!!
I bought a used car due to my past servicing experience with them and the 20 year 200,000 on all of their used cars. They were honest and transparent when we spoke about the cost of the car. They showed me the Carfax without me even asking for it!! A manager greeted me as soon as I came into the dealership and spoke to me several times during the process to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone was so friendly at Metro Kia. My other experiences the managers don’t want to talk to the customers in other dealerships.
If your considering Terry Reid Hyndai then run,run as fast as you can. The salesman pulled a bait and switch on me. I test drove a white hyndai sonata turbo with the back up cameras and heated seats but after purchasing the car when we got home we realized we had the wrong car. They had stuck me with the 2011 instead of the 2012 I test drove and wanted but the paperwork was all the right paperwork. The salesman knew what he was doing and everytime I take it in for a oil change they want to try to make me do this or buy that and threaten the loss of my warranty. I will never buy from them again and I suggest you all run as fast as you can!!!!
this was my first time trying to buy from a dealer. I had a pretty large down payment. I knew I could get the loan without a doubt, but I didn't want my credit pulled by several companies. I wanted the right to decide on a car and from where. the sales representative was rude and cocky he did not want to show me any cars or answer any questions until he seen my credit report. I will never go back here nor will I ever buy a Kia after the way I was treated.
Lanny is a great sales person, helpful, educated on the vehicles, genuinely interested in helping the customer. Lanny helped me determine the best vehicle for me, told me everything about it inside and out. Even showed an old school driver how to drive a new fangled car. Very happy with my experience. No hassle negotiations. Go to Terry Reid and ask for Lanny.
I purchased a 2006 Chrysler 300 from Chuck Clancy Chevrolet in Cartersville, Georgia. After being assured by my salesman that the service department checks and fixes any problems before putting the car on the lot I signed for the car. Not but 24hrs from purchase the check engine light, throttle light and ABS lights came on. Which means the service departments view of fixing problems is simply resetting the lights using their scanner. I have since bought and installed new catalytic converters, new throttle body, and are now trying to figure out ABS light problem. I also tried speaking with a service clerk at Chuck Clancy about the issue and he just smirked with a look on his face that said "yeah we got you and nothing you can do about it" and made the comment that I should just be glad I don't have emission testing where I live. I also tried speaking with the customer service rep and she forwarded me to the general manager who simply pacified me by saying he would look into it and give me a call back. Weeks pass and not even a call back, talk about poor customer service and satisfaction. I live in georgia where there is no lemon law, I just want everyone who reads this to know what kind of service and product you will recieve if you go to Chuck Clancy Chevrolet on Main Street in Cartersville, Georgia. I've placed reviews on as many sites as I can find in hope that no one elsein goes here and pays good hard earned money just to be done dirty and disrespected by employees and management
Don't waste your time,, they want too much money up front and wont take no for an answer,, they will low ball your vehicle then treat you like crap if you don't go along with their money demands. they tell you they will call you back, but if you walk off their lot, they don't call, or they call still demanding money down,, I wasn't born yesterday
This is the place to go, I just do not know where I would be without Barry Springfield. He has done so much for me and my family. I would not have a car or work to do if it were not for him. He is truly a saint.Thank you Barry, for everything.
I have never been able to buy a new car before, and the kia group was very helpful and made sure i got what i wanted.
