I have never seen such terrible service from a company. My mother who is 82 years old called them to come and repair her furnace. They first told her they probably couldn't fix it but would check to see if they could get the part. They never called her back. She called them they said they had the part but had to wait to fix it. She called the next day and told them she would get someone else to fix it. They came right out but only fixed part of the problem and told her to go downstairs and "kick" it and it would come on. They now are coming back with the other part and going to charge her another $300 for "parts." They can be assured that no one in my family will use them again.
Weaver Heating and Air fixed our unit in July of 2014 and August of 2014. The total was $406 for both service calls. We gave them our info. Imagine our surprise when we contacted them in May if 2015 and were told we had an outstanding balance of $406. Now I can't get anyone to call me back. I would use ANYBODY else to fix my unit.

We had a problem with our AC system and my husband called Weaver. They sent a technician out. He arrived in his personal vehicle with no ID. He was using his cell phone for personal calls while looking at our unit. Eventually, he discovered that the fan and fan motor was bad. He said he needed to order the part. We paid $65 that day for a service call.
The next day the same technician showed up in his personal vehicle again. Using his cell phone, again, for personal calls while working on our unit. He said he did not order the parts because they had a similiar system at the shop and he just pulled the parts from that to ""save us some money"". Great, I thought. Turns out the parts he brought turned a different way than ours so they could not be used. Since he had not ordered the parts, we had to suffer another night of extreme heat ( it was late August). Another $65 service fee.
The next day, the same technician come out. We find out he is Mr. Weaver's nephew. He put the parts on but still could not get the system to work. He calls another technician. Tech #2 comes out, makes a few adjustments, and presto- the system started working. The nephew talked on his cell phone the entire time tech #2 was working on the system. Another $65 service call fee.
Tech #2 was great but the system only worked for 2 weeks then it quit again. Our final bill was over $600. I tried to call and ask for an adjustment on the bill because the system was not working properly and the receptionist said if we did not pay the bill in full, the next step would be superior court.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had a problem with my Heat pump and called Weaver Heating and Air. They sent a technician out and he looked over my unit and told me one of the problems was the contactor in the Air Unit outside. We paid $223.00 that night; $74.20 for a service call and $149.00 for a yearly preventative maintence service contract. He left that afternoon without making sure things were working. I called him that night because he had moved some wires around and the fuse would constantly burn out. It was 29 degrees that night and we slept without heat.
The next day I bought a contactor from an outside vendor, and the technician from Weaver came back out. The unit started heating. About a week or so later we noticed that the outside unit never shut off, it ran continuously; the contactor was going in and out.
I called them back for a third time and a different man came out and looked at the wiring and told me the contactor was burnt up, so he put one in and I told him I would replace it by purchasing one from an outside vendor. Note they wanted $110.00 dollars for a contractor when one can be purchased for $4.23 wow what is that a 2400% profit on parts? The technician did not object to me doing this.
Danny Weaver called me the next day and said that I needed a bigger transformer and I hear that you can buy your own parts. I told him yes and that I probably had one and would have it put in by the time they came back out on Thursday.
On Thursday I got a call from the owner: Rudy Weaver and his first words to me were we don’t install other people’s parts and that I could get someone else to finish the job. I told Rudy that was fine, but none of his technicians ever stated that that was their company policy. I asked that he refund me for my $149. 00 preventative maintence service contract, since he refused, to work on my unit and he told me to sue him.
Since Weaver came out, my unit was running continuously and my electric bill was $429.00 last month. I have never had an electric bill that much, even in the summer.
