Pals Car Wash

I called earlier asking if they did oil changes as well as a detail clean inside and outside of the car and Richard the manager said yes.He said if I did both services the clean would be $35 extra and he told me what that consisted of. I decided not to do the oil change but I wanted a more detailed clean that would include the seats. They didnt have a detailed description of the services they provide written out so everytime I asked something the cashier had to ask Richard. She told me that $60 would cover everything including the seats being shampooed and conditioned and I verified with her multiple times and paid the $60. I was on my lunch break so when they were done I left in a hurry. The seats were not done, dog hair was still on them! I called multiple times and no one answered. I left work and went back. I spoke with the girl and asked her if the seats were supposed to be included in the amount I paid and she said yes. I said they were not done. She went over to the guy that cleaned my car and he said Richard told him to just do the floors. I went over to Richard and told him that I was told that the seats would be included and they were not done. He said "no they would be $20 more. I detailed what was included over the phone with you did you forget on the way here." I said "no but I changed my mind with what we had originally discussed and was told it was included." He continued to say I wasn't told that, calling me a liar. He got nasty with me. I spoke with the girl she said she wrote it on the piece of paper she put on my dash letting them know what work is supposed to be done on the car, I asked her if she could tell Richard. She tried to tell him and he cut her off getting nasty with her. I was told something else before I paid and they should have honored that. Richard the manager is scamming people charging for services that they aren't doing. Don't waste your time and money. I found the piece of paper that the girl wrote on and it is pictured below.
