I bought a Dodge Ram here last year . At that time, the dealership was very helpful in trying to get me into a truck with my past credit issues. I came back 1 year later , spoke with the salesman that now got promoted , after being there over an hour and a half , and the salesman not even coming over to talk to us , they showed us the door saying they could not help us . I wrote the manager , no response , I wrote Chrysler , no response , I wrote the salesman , same .. no response.So we ended up with a used demo truck paying top dollar . I will never do business here again or recommend this dealership for the frigid attitude they have showed us.Sad how dealerships and people treat you after they have you hooked and pulled in.I would tell people to use caution if buying from this dealership . they are your friends on day 1 ... and that's all .
Me and my wife went to look at a Kia Sedona and was promised by the salesperson that they can get our payments right where they need to be. Turns out the sales person could not get the payments anywhere where they need to be and to top it all off every deal involve them not paying off my trade. Of wish I was under than what it was worth. We finally settled on a used Kia Sedona 2015 model. And upon signing all the paperwork they fell to mention it only came with one set of keys. The sales manager Scott rectified the situation and got us a set of spare keys. I also informed him about how the front wheels are not aligned and it shook going down the highway, and how the battery went dead on me after owning it just two weeks. He had me bring the van in and they fix the front wheels and I'm still waiting for a phone call or message of some sort about the battery. All and all the experience could have been better probably won't be buying another Kia anytime soon. Felt more like a number rather than a customer. And if anyone from Kia would like to contact me you should have my number due to all the times I tried to contact you. Sincerely TJ turgeon

I bought a used car due to my past servicing experience with them and the 20 year 200,000 on all of their used cars. They were honest and transparent when we spoke about the cost of the car. They showed me the Carfax without me even asking for it!! A manager greeted me as soon as I came into the dealership and spoke to me several times during the process to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone was so friendly at Metro Kia. My other experiences the managers don’t want to talk to the customers in other dealerships.
If your considering Terry Reid Hyndai then run,run as fast as you can. The salesman pulled a bait and switch on me. I test drove a white hyndai sonata turbo with the back up cameras and heated seats but after purchasing the car when we got home we realized we had the wrong car. They had stuck me with the 2011 instead of the 2012 I test drove and wanted but the paperwork was all the right paperwork. The salesman knew what he was doing and everytime I take it in for a oil change they want to try to make me do this or buy that and threaten the loss of my warranty. I will never buy from them again and I suggest you all run as fast as you can!!!!
Couldn't ask for better service or people. There prices are already low so you don't have to haggle all day. All around great place to buy a vehicle hands down.
this was my first time trying to buy from a dealer. I had a pretty large down payment. I knew I could get the loan without a doubt, but I didn't want my credit pulled by several companies. I wanted the right to decide on a car and from where. the sales representative was rude and cocky he did not want to show me any cars or answer any questions until he seen my credit report. I will never go back here nor will I ever buy a Kia after the way I was treated.

In addition to trustworthy mechanical work, the staff here helps separate what is a necessary repair and what can wait, for those of us on a budget. I have never been taken advantage of due to my limited knowledge of auto mechanics. And in over two years of service, not once have I ever heard a curse word or any inappropriate comments based on race, culture or gender. It is a place I would send my mother, or my daughter with a full and comfortable expectation of fair and courteous business service.
