one of the worst experiences I ever had. They will not respond, will not pay attention to details and treat customers like you are no one! How can someone do business with such lack of focus toward customers?
very disappointed with specialty accounting. I have an ongoing IRS problem that has been going on since 2012. I have called this office and emailed them and no one will return my calls. I even had my payroll dept. ADP call them and they want return there calls either.
Extremely disappointed in the blatant lack of communication. I've had ongoing problems with the IRS due to the wrong forms being filled out. I've been working on it for a COUPLE of years now due to NO COMMUNICATION, which is not due to any lack of an attempt on my part. I was getting to the point that I am thinking of involving a lawyer. They used to be an amazing company but now, I hate to say, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Sure they can be friendly but follow through is missing. I go to a professional for peace of mind knowing my taxes will be done correctly....well now I don't have that peace of mind. Having the IRS knocking on your door due to multiple errors from a hired professional is quite unsettling. I would encourage people to look else where. Perhaps they are overwhelmed and understaffed, either way..... a simple call back is not too much to ask. It only took me 6 months for someone to return my message. This is with me calling multiple times a week. Disappointed and discouraged!
