We like the product we order but if you get on their email list good luck unsubscribing if you want to. We've tried multiple times to unsubscribe but the emails just keep coming. This kind of dampens the enthusiasm for the company because you'd like to think they respect your preferences.
So far this winter, 2010/2011, I have received shipments of frozen product from this company. The first one broke on my kitchen hardwood floor and the 2nd broke on my granite counter top. They sent me a new shipment but said that in the future I would have to pay "extra" to avoid having my order from freezing. It seems to me that if a company wants to sell a product to a "customer", they would figure out how to ship it without incurring extra cost for the customer!
VRP used to be a great company but now I would rate them much poorer now!
