I am a local and will NEVER return to this Store again! I will drive to Reno where the staff is friendly and the selection is better. The lady who cut my fabric was very friendly, but messup my cut ticket by charging me too much. She promptly appologized and said she had fixed it for me. The cashier was horrible! If you do not want to work with the public and be friendly, go home! When she scanned my cut ticket, the price still didn't seem right and upon questioning it, she not only proceeded to raiser her voice, but was very condascending and impatient. I only asked a simple question. I looked at her and all I said was Excuse me, and I'm done. I don't need to be spoken to like that, especially when I was calm and asked one question. I don't know who is running this store, but they need to check their staff! Don't be rude to locals in a small town, we won't be back!
