Once you buy a car here they ignore you. They do not care about providing service...either customer service or car service. They do not return phone calls, ignore appointments and are overall very unprofessional. Beware once you purchase from them, that is the end of their support. The administrative people, whether it be Dana Whaley's secretary, or those that do the check out in the service division, have no time for customers. In a recent emergency situation, they couldn't even deliver a message to me and when asked why not, they just shrugged it off. There are dealerships with so much better customer service in the area...check out Reno or Fallon if you want continued service once from the place where you bought your car.
