9/30/20161:30 pmMy wife, 2 year old son, and I were shopping. The stores worker Susan approached my son and offered him a candy sucker to stop running around. Literally 2 minutes later; while under my supervision- my son was crouched near a closed plastic bin and was pointing what was inside the bin in curiosity. The awesome worker Catherine approached us and proceeded to yell at us, accuses my son of putting his hands in the bins. I was stunned and thought at first she was kidding- WHY WOULD A EMPLOYED ELDER YELL AT A STRANGERS 2 YEAR OLD CHILD? My response 1) Do not yell at my son- he is a child 2) He didn’t put his hands in the bins 3) we are good repeat customers 4) We will take our business somewhere else. Catherine yells at me saying I don’t care. We leave without further incident.In response I called to make a complaint. Catherine lied to me who she was, said my complaint don’t matter, and being asked to speak to the owners she hung up on meWe deserve an apology Catherine.
