So far this winter, 2010/2011, I have received shipments of frozen product from this company. The first one broke on my kitchen hardwood floor and the 2nd broke on my granite counter top. They sent me a new shipment but said that in the future I would have to pay "extra" to avoid having my order from freezing. It seems to me that if a company wants to sell a product to a "customer", they would figure out how to ship it without incurring extra cost for the customer! VRP used to be a great company but now I would rate them much poorer now!
