I would give them 0’s if that was an choice. They cut my daughters finger. She has three fingers with cuts. It was bleeding and he filed of two of her cuticles to the flesh. Three of her fingers are swollen and painful. She kept trying to take her hand away and said he was hurting her. He kept grabbing her and telling her to relax. Hard to relax when someone is hurting you. Then he toke a break to go smoke outside while he was working on her. She did finally get up and moved to a different chair. Then I called for a refund. The manager that I spoke to said he would give me a refund. Went in to get my refund. The man that hurt my daughter was there and was very rude. I left with no refund and was treated very poorly to say the least. Do not go here they are unethical, scammers, I am very concerned about weather my daughter will get an infection or worse from theses people.
The WORST and if I had the option there would be zero stars, I will be reporting them to the Board, not sure how they stay in business...FILTHY, I did nails for 20 years so I know without a doubt that they should be SHUT DOWN, I went several times just to give them the benefit of the doubt and the nails were decent per the price but OMG the rest was not good, Lets start with...in between Pedicures (they NEVER turn a customer away) the Pedicure Tubs are NEVER sanitized ...it is simply rinsed out or wiped out and filled back up shoving another client in it, this is a spa tub that the water is rotated/circulated through pipes and when shut off irhe pipes are not cleaned unless you run bleach or some sort of board approved sanitizer through them with the same circulation running through the pipes for a certain amount of time (per the label) without doing this between each client then each client becomes subject to many disgusting posibilities, disease, infections etc. by all means don't tale my word for it...please google it, it is gross, plus they use a blade on some of the more neglected feet to take excess calous off, this is NOT board approved for many reasons, it is however less work for them, and the extra bonus pedicure for dollars more, do not waste your time and money, basically the same service (a scam). the emplements they use, they may rinse or brush but they DO NOT sanitize those properly either!! they are so RUDE talking and laughing about their clients in their language! they truly DO NOT care about the customer, only the money, if you leave a poor tip to express the service, don't expect them to do better service the next visit (if you dare to go again) they will punish you for the poor tip! Very broken english and they only hire their nationality (discrimination at its finest) a very sketchy place, I will do my part to correct or shut this place down, I advice NOT going here if you value your health, I will not return!
This place sucked so bad. My friend and I went in had an appointment and still had wait half an hour. Also when it came to get our nails done she put a solution that burnt my skin really bad. My nails are bumpy and uneven. My friends paint jobs is disgusting. Never going back again!!!
Alex, She no longer is at RSVP Salon. We have many male clients that are veryhappy. Please don't let one person hurt ourreputation, there are several professionalexcellent operators here. Call or come by sowe can make it up to you. Salon Owner
If you are a guy. Do not go there!!! Worst fades and haircuts ever. Lady with a piercing in eyebrow does not know how to cut hair. Although the place looks clean.... I don't think that stylist was even certified to cut hair. You've been warned. Place sucks for men's haircuts.
I went to this location twice. The first time I received ok service. However I wanted Gel nails and she used acrylic....when I questioned it I was told it was a NEW gel product that was better. I had some lumps and bumps on my nails that I had to file off but all in all it was an ok job. When I went back for a fill 4 weeks later I was told I was not allowed to change the glitter color for at least two more weeks...I said I will pay extra to have it changed now and she said no. So once again I questioned the use of powder and liquid she was using and saying it was gel. She completed my fill in less than 15 mins and they looked like crap....even more bumps and lumps than the first time....when I showed them to her she told me that I was hitting my nails as I was putting them under the UV light to cur the gel top coat and to stop doing it. That wasn't the case. I believe the top coat was so old that it would bubble no matter what. My nails looked like crap, you can see the fill line and they started lifting the next morning. I would give this location a ZERO star as well if I could and would tell you not to waste the time (15 mins for a full fill) and go somewhere where what YOU want as the customer will be taken seriously and not dismissed as to what THEY want to do.
My nephew was getting married on Monday at Lake Tahoe so we made appointments for 5 of us to get pedicures and manicures on Saturday. I paid extra to have a french manicure and pedicure so did both of my sisters. The paint on my nails started to peal and chip the very next day. By the day of the wedding, 2 days later, my nails looked horrible. All of the them were chipped and disgusting. My sister, the mother of the groom, had to have her nails redone on Sunday. Her nails bubbled up, pealed and chipped off by Sunday morning. My mom's nails didn't peal but the lady who painted her nails painted as much of her cuticles as her nails. She removed her polish when she go home because it was so horrible. My niece, the sister of the groom, had her nails redone on Sunday. Four out the the five of us removed our polish after one or two days and had them redone. My other sister's polish stayed on but was not happy with the french manicure. I went to Miracle Nails today and was told if they polish your fingernails the polish will chip the next day. Your toe polish will not chip but your nail polish will chip. This is a bunch of BULL. I have polished my nails myself and the polish will last at least a week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY USE OLD POLISH THAT CHIPS OFF THE NEXT DAY...I PAID $40 FOR A PEDICURE BECAUSE THE MANICURE WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.I would give them ZERO Stars if I could. This is the worst place I have ever had my nails done at.
I've been going to Caryn for years. She's great at color, always gets it right. I like that she listens to me every single time to see what we will be doing, whether the same or different. I feel welcome and accepted there; no false airs of superiority like at some places. No gossip or cloud of hairspray. I've never had Kaci or Jen cut my hair, but they are friendly and helpful if asked what they think. Try 3rd Street Salon--you might love it!
Was new to the area, and found this cute little Salon! Kaci did a cut and color for me and I could not be more pleased!! So glad to find a quaint little shop and a great new girl to do my hair, I will be back!!!
