A Child’s Garden Montessori has excellent teachers and staff, and a wonderful facility. Our child started at 18 months, and has moved up into the next age division. In both classes, her teachers have been nurturing, supportive, and encouraging. It is a true Montessori program, and the school often has special guests—they have hosted a Native American story teller, a farmer who brought livestock for the children to see, the Carrollton Fire Department and Police, and many others. They offer extracurricular programs like Spanish, dance, and art, and after school care (which is also staffed with really great people). We plan to stay there until age-out! This school is a true gem, and we could not be happier to be a part of it.
Having my girls at ACG has been the best decision we've ever made. My one regret is not having had my oldest daughter there since the beginner room (18 months). It is such a wonderful environment. TRUE MONTESSORI education. My 9 year-old is in the GT program at her current school, she is an avid reader. And I believe with all my heart it is thanks to this school. Ms. Berta, is amazing! WE LOVE HER! My 4 year old, has been there since she was 18 months. Such a joy and such a wonderful behavior. So organized, so careful, a good listener and very in touch with emotions. She can't read yet, but I know she will be as her sister, as she cannot go to bed without us reading her a story AND her flipping through books until she falls asleep. ALL due to the amazing teachers there.
ACG is a WONDERFUL school. Truly, this is the best possible place for children - a nurturing, fun, interesting, loving school. Your kid will wow you daily with their amazing knowledge and I have yet to see any unhappy faces in 2 years. The teachers are well educated, there's almost no turnover and my daughter loves the entire staff. I plan to keep her here through kindergarten.
Small, friendly classes allow students to advance at their own pace through a challenging curriculum. Experienced teachers ensure that every child makes optimum progress and attains full mastery of materials learned before moving on to more difficult topics. An excellent school where bright kids excel!
One of the most unfriendly schools that we have come in contact with. Technology wise, very behind most school districts. Even with new technology most of the teachers are going to have to be in training because they really do not understand it nor do they want it. Most cannot teach the basic concepts of the technology. Parking and picking up is a nightmare. Very disorganized. The students are not challenged academically enough. Classes are way to easy. Not enough classes to choose from to help students in the real world. They treat the students as though they were running a prison. To many restrictive rules. I like rules but they are way over the top with many of them. We won't be coming back to this school.
Our son went to Primrose School of Castle Hills since he was 8 weeks old. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience here. My husband and I are both from out of town and don’t have family in the State so choosing who would care for our son while we worked was of the upmost importance to us. We toured numerous schools and nothing came close to Primrose School of Castle Hills. The teachers and staff are exceptional-specifically the Director, Jennifer Braun. She is so attentive and caring; she knows the name of every person that walks in the door and is very genuine. You can tell she loves what she does. Each and every room he went into had the best teachers; loving, nurturing, patient and bright. While we were there, their teacher turnover was low. Most Lead teachers have been there 5+ years, which I find to be rare these days and something that was important to me. The curriculum they provide is also top notch-our son has learned so much since being there, it astounds us.We are moving to go back closer to our family and the only time I cried, was on his last day at Primrose. They helped make so many amazing memories and they were so good to my baby boy. I feel I could never let them know how appreciative I am for that. I highly recommend Primrose School of Castle Hills
My daughter has been enrolled for only a month, but I LOVE this place. The teachers are amazing. The crafts and learning agenda they have each week are very educational. The food they provide is healthy. The director knows everyone by name. Overall I'm VERY happy with Clifton Preschool.
I love this school n staff. My Dtr goes to young toddler n she loves ms racheal
My kids wet at P-C Carrollton for over 5 years. It was their home away from home. When we started our search for child care, we didn't realize the meaning of being an NAEYC accredited center. It didn't take long for me to realize that this meant that their care givers went above and beyond my expectations. The learning and loving environment is exceptional! Check it out, you won't be disappointed!!!
