United Truck Maintenance

I will echo what everyone else has said: do not use these guys. It took being gauged 2-3 times before I called them on their excessive billing. I told them I would pay the bill either way, but but if the bill was close to the excessive estimate they gave me, it would be the last dollar they got. The owner admitted that a fair price would be significantly less than their estimate, but since it sounded like I was dissatisfied he was going to gauge me anyway. To top it off, they intentionally delayed working on our truck for a day but blamed it on the billing dispute, even though I never said I would not pay their bill. Simply put, there is a reason these guys are always available to work on your truck, it's because they are bad news and most folks have figured this out by now.

DON'T use this truck shop, they are thief's and scammers. they will over charge you.



they don't do their job accurately and professional, their service is full of crap. we took our box truck to their shop to fix the lift gate, they checked and did a service maintenance, on it. and charged us $200 to connect the battery wire to the lift gate.



and then 3 days later we had the same problem, no power going to the liftgate, this time we took it in for the same problem, they want to charge us $350.



save yourself sometime and take your business elsewhere. don't go to this shop is BAD BUSINESS OVER HERE. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, THEY DON'T DESERVE STARS.
