TruGreen service is excellent. Their products do what they say they will do exceptionally well. Their technicians are polite, courteous and very professional. We have multiple types of bushes, shrubs, grasses and the technicians know which applications are appropriate for each. Additionally, they are the only service I know of that has grub treatment which works well and keeps moles away. Customer service is also excellent.

For years I fought weeds in my yard and wanted to have the lush, beautiful turf I see in the neighborhood. Only when I contracted with TruGreen did I see what my lawn could be. Just completing our first season with TruGreen and couldn't be happier! You have to search for any weeds, the grass has filled in, and it's a joy walking barefoot. I highly recommend TruGreen, the one in Carrollton. You won't be disappointed.

I first starting using their tree and shrub service when 4 of my 5 Leyland Cypress trees were suffering and dying of spider mites and bagworms. They saved my remaining cypress and it is now 40 feet tall and beautiful. My other existing trees and shrubs are also very healthy. When TruGreen and Scott's merged, the excellent service continued. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, and my dogs love them.

Overall satisfactory. The last gentleman I had was excellent and I wrote and called the company to say what a good job he did. I can watch them without them seeing me. The others were to quick and haphazard and just wanted to get in and out.

I have referred TruGreen many times and will continue to do so. TruGreen always takes care of any issue and checks back to see thats its taken care of.

That the technicians are professional, actually understand how to treat your yard specifically for its needs - we have shade, sun and mixed areas and a lot of different plants, bushes, trees that require unique treatment - they know which plant, grass (yes we have multiple types of grasses) to apply treatment to and those to avoid. The technicians take the time to greet you and listen to concerns and address those concerns knowledgeable.
