My son has been attending Little Buckaroos for the last two and a half years. He loves it there! The staff is so sweet and helpful. He's always bringing home cute artwork and likes to give his teachers hugs goodbye! I've seen the kitchen a few times myself, as it's right behind the reception area, and I've never witnessed it as described below. If you want to see how things are run, show up unannounced in the middle of the day- this is true for any daycare you wish to visit. The facility is a bit dated, but how my child is treated is more important to me than what the walls look like.

As a former employee, I know what it is like behind the doors once the parents drop their children off. The owner is very rude and unprofessional to staff as is other helpers up front. The food that is served is often over or undercooked. The staff is nice to the kids in front of the parents but very rude to the kids once they leave. Some of the staff members are wonderful however most are rude and unprofessional and get away with it because "that's just their personality and you have to deal with it" The daycare itself is nasty. We clean it but it is still grimy. There are bugs flying around the kitchen all day because after breakfast and lunch is cooked, the food sits there until 5:30 when someone cleans it up because the owner/ bosses are too busy on their phones and high horses to clean it so it waits until one of the teachers can clean it. I would NEVER send my children here.
This business is run very unprofessional. One of the managers kids runs the halls constantly. Always a lot of teacher turnover and constant drama with office managers.
