I have been shipping packages from this location for about six years now and they ALWAYS do a good job. This morning I had to ship an amplifier but didn't have a box large enough. Not only were they able to get me a box, they worked with me to make sure it was wrapped up tight in tons of bubble wrap with a layer of packing peanuts, and with the individual components (footswitch, power supply cable, etc) in their own separate bags. The woman who helped had to assist other customers while helping me with my shipment and always remained courteous and patient. If I keep selling items online, I'll keep driving to this location to ship. Excellent work.

Rude!! The lady was rude to myself and my husband from the moment we walked in. We asked for 2 paper clips from a bunch of disorganized clips laying behind the desk to secure a check to our documents and we were told no and that we had to buy a box. The lady was unpleasant to all but the white customers that came in the store while we were there. I felt so uncomfortable leaving my very important document with her that I made up an excuse about the post office costing less -which was not the case- and left because I really did not trust them with my documents.Everyone is entitled to their hate and bigotry but UPS is a worldwide organization and franchise owners need to vet their employees if they are to uphold the company standard.
Scott and the guys over at the brumbelow location are a great bunch of folks. I access my packages through the app and he is on top of it the second it shows a notification. They work with me on picking up my packages, and keep me informed of any changes. Ya'll keep up the good work!!! And if your one of those people that always finds yourself being wronged by company after company, you might need Jesus, the problem could be within you. GOD BLESS and i'm gonna pray for ya!!!
On four separate occasions had packages sent to me via this UPS and ALL OF THEM were delivered to a DIFFERENT neighbor each time!
Horrible! Driver was too lazy to walk to my front door so they decided it was ok to open my car door and put the package in my car. Then put a sticker on my drivers side window.
