Okay, I applied for a loan here in June. I was denied due to "insuffcient income." If my $1600.00 a month income is not high enough, I don't want know what is. So I decided to try again a few days ago (requesting a smaller amount). I called to check my application status and the rep was unbelievably rude! After I told the rep my name, she asked if I had applied before and I said yes, last month. So instead of telling me the wait time between applications (like a good csr should), she talks to me like I should know policy and procedures. I will NOT apply with this company again. If they are rude to prospective customers I can imagine how they treat their long-term customers!
