Primary Care Group of West GA P C

I have had the worse problems here. I moved here from VA I started going to Dr Pag because I needed a primary doctor. I'am disabled and on medicare. I call and leave messages they don't call back. I have an awful time getting my meds (if I ever get them) they want you to see a LPN for a separate office visit payment (which medicare does not cover) just to get a simple script filled. Whats the point of going to the doctor? Like today, for months I have been trying to get my Lasix. I have called twice today and explained my feet are huge I need my medicine. Promised (again) they would call me, they are not allowed to call in or fax Walgreens, and they would take care of it. Its 5:24 no call. I also left a message this past Monday. I have taken pictures of my poor feet to send but can not find an email address. I have a hospital bed so now for the last two days I'am stuck here with my feet up because I can not walk on my feet. WHAT ON EARTH HAS HAPPENED TO THE DOCTORS??? I'am just frustrated and amazed. Would love to be able to post the pictures I took.

I have been a patient there for a few years. EVERYTIME I have went with a problem they have been NO help. I only see Dr. Pag. 2 times a year if needed. I went there 2for days ago I found out I have Bronchitis. The antibiotics and other meds. Made me sick. I called back, he said "all antibiotics make you sick stop taking the other meds. Take Musinex for your congestion" I told him not all antibiotics make you sick. Plus one of the meds u put me on Im not suppose to take due to seizures and heart agina. He would not call anything eles in. So I kept calling his office til I got results. The woman talk about patients after they leave far as what they were being seen for. When they would hang up with a patient after talking so nice they would make remarks such as "my Lord! What does she think I can do? And if that lady calls back one more time! Then laugh. I listened to this for 45mins. Sitting in the waiting room. I have NEVER been so shocked and disappointed all at the same time. That's why I decided to change doctors. Sad thing is they use to be great. Now ALOT has changed. Maybe in the future things will get back to the way it use to be.
