I read the review below and couldn't believe that is was the same place. I think that this person who reported this, must have been having a bad day. My mother has been a patient here for a long time and they always seem to go out of their way to help us with any issue that we have. Great company and great people

I would not recommend. This was a 2nd place that another retailer suggested because they were out of knee scooters. The lady who runs the desk is very hateful and rude. They charge $30 a week/$120 month for an item I can get new on Amazon for about $175. I only would have needed the scooter for 2 months ( $240) . Overall, home health rents their knee scooters for $50 a month, as long as they have them in stock. Do not put up with attitude and prices here.
