It is with reluctance that I write this as the people we have dealt with here are really very nice but this is a business after all is said and done, therefore I feel the need to give an honest review of the service or lack thereof that we have received so others can benefit from our experience. We purchased a sofa at the beginning of April. We told them we wouldn't be ready for delivery for a few weeks so they held off on ordering it and told us to let them know when we were ready and they would order it at that time. Because we wouldn't be ready right away and we weren't comfortable paying for something in full site unseen we chose to make a few payments while waiting instead. Naturally we wanted to be able to look it over once they did have it at their location to make sure it had gotten to them without incurring any damage along the way before having it scheduled to be delivered to us. Everything went smoothly up until this point. The trouble began when making the third payment (all but the last $200) and letting them know we were now ready to have it delivered. It is now 3 weeks later and after many broken promises we still have yet to lay eyes on this sofa! Not only is it still not at their location they can't even tell us when it will be! It has been one excuse after another from a shortage of employees at their store to the distributor they purchase from not having a driver. We were told last Saturday this $2000 real leather sofa was sitting on the truck but they didn't have a driver! As of today we still haven't been called with an update as promised last Friday, that was 7 days ago! Customer service is virtually non-existent here. They really need to get it together if they are to remain in business. The plan now is to cancel our order entirely and request a refund which is a shame as we planned to purchase several more pieces over the next couple years so this has cost them the loss of more than just one sale.
I would give a negative start if I could this is absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. I bought a $2000 sectional from them with a 5 year warranty. It was great until we tried to make a claim on the warranty for minor stitching and cleaning! They ruin the couch cleaning it so naturally we asked for a new one, they said they would. We waited for two weeks and never got it! So we asked for a refund and now going on 3 weeks we still have yet to get it. All we get is sob stories and lies and the run around. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT use chandler!!!!!!!
Recently purchased a chair from them. Chair did not fit as store model when delivered. They took chair back to store and adjusted it to fit with no hesitation. Their service is exceptional and will be repeat customer if we have other needs. Prices are competitive and they know what they are doing.
Always a pleasant and warming experience. Huge selection and friendly sales people. Will be going back.
We have bought tons of furniture from chandlers in the past. Unfortunately the last time we purchased from chandlers in Carrollton one of the employees damaged my truck. Not a big deal since the owner named Jeff was gonna pay to fix it right? WRONG it's been over a year ago and I am still calling Jeff and still texting Jeff. He claims he will send me a check after I've went and got a quote to fix my truck over a year ago and still every week it's the same old sob story week after week after week!!! So if you shop at chandlers please beware they aren't trust worthy

My wife and I were very pleased with the sales and delivery staff at our local Mattress Mart in Carrollton. We were provided good information regarding their selection and ultimately purchased a Sealy queen mattress set.
