This Quest location is a decent one. They don't have a lot of phlebotomist like the other locations but it is a good location.
This location is so small! There are 6 chairs in the waiting room and they only have one person staffing it. So even if there is only one person in front of you-there is a long wait.
This location is always busy but if you make an appointment then they get you in right on time. The phlebotomist are very good here.
I recommend always making an appointment! Wait times of two hours have occurred before. Once in the back the tech was quick.
I make sure to get here as soon as they open otherwise there can be an hour wait. The staff has always been friendly
The wait time can be long. I'd recommend an appointment. However they are usually friendly and once you're seen it's in and out. I can get nervous with needles but they are quick and mostly painless.
They are getting better trying to get the wait time down. You can walk in any time but best to make an appointment. The appointment systems helps a lot.
Very convenient place to get blood work done-right in the same building as our GP. However, they are very busy! Make an appointment when possible!
Clean and efficient place to have to wait around in. Make an appointment first tho. No need to wait around with a bunch of sickies! They were very professional and the office was pretty kept up/clean.
it one of the worst personal lab I never seen in Sacramento, No smile no help to needed person, One day I went for lab test than after 5 minutes I felt that I have hypoglycemia ( a very low sugar ) it was 25 believe it or not, I asked the girl to give me a juice or something to help me to rise my blood sugar and she said that she doesn't have and asked me to go to my Doctor !!!!!!. I was very surprised because how come you don't have a bottle of orange juice and u use to give it to the pregnant women for test if they have gesttional diabetes.
