Overall

Finding a good physical therapist is key to healing from an injury. Results has awesome physical therapists (and a great assistant). I like the open floor plan. Still doing the exercises I learned there and remain injury free after almost a year later!

The staff here is really knowledgeable and take the extra time and go the extra mile to communicate and check in with the Dr's that referred the client . Wouldn't go anywhere else . Got my sons range of motion back after surgery and couldn't be happier !

Pulmonary Medicine, Infectious Disease and Critical Care Consultants Medical Group, Inc (PMA), was incorporated in 1973. At PMA, our physicians possess specialized knowledge and skill in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary (lung) conditions and diseases. From the common cold to allergies, emphysema to lung cancer, there are many illnesses which affect the lungs and the ability to breathe.

Ultrasound
EBUS provides real-time imaging of the surface of the airways, blood vessels, lungs, and lymph nodes allowing the physician to easily view difficult-to-reach areas and access more, and smaller lymph nodes. The accuracy and speed of the EBUS procedure lends itself to rapid onsite pathologic evaluation so that pathologists in the operating room can process and examine specimens and request additional samples if needed. Gangrene
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized room. The therapy is a well-established treatment for decompression sickness, a hazard of scuba diving. Other conditions treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy include serious infections, bubbles of air in your blood vessels, burns, crushing injuries, gangrene, skin grafts and flaps at risk of tissue death, severe anemia, and wounds that won’t heal as a result of diabetes or radiation injury.

Electromagnetic Navigation Technology. PMA physicians in our Roseville and Carmichael offices, are experienced in the use of superDimension Electromagnetic Navigation Technology (ENT). This procedure helps doctors reach lesions deep in the lungs, unreachable with bronchoscopy, with minimal trauma to the patient and enables them to diagnose benign and malignant lung disease. ENT provides computerized guidance, permitting needle biopsy instead of a surgical diagnostic procedure. ENT patients are usually treated under general anesthesia in the operating room.
