While there were few people in the waiting room, there was still a 60 minute wait.
The staff was friendly, but the P.A. Michael Darius was horrible.
He didn't introduce himself, use my name, or even look at my chart until he was in the room. He never mentioned my significant medical history or current treatment, and never let me finish a full sentence about what was going on. He didn't care to ask what I may be concerned about. Zero compassion. I've never had such a bad experience with a medical provider.
I will never be treated at Med 7 again.

Have had my share of issues here. Been better the last few times. Staff changes alot but better then before

Blk Men Don't even waste your time these Crackers aren't going to help a Brother. I need XRays & MRI's Skull cervical spine and lumbar spine. I'm in Severe pain and PA gives me ibuprofens No XRays, MRI's or physical therapy. Hire some Blacks Mexicans & Asians. Another Racist white supremacist medical establishment. Big Disservice to the community. On a 1-10 this place gets Zero my White Friend got all his pain meds plus some on the same day he went in the mourning and told me about the place. I came in the afternoon I'm the wrong shade of Brown Carmichael is Very Racist anther Klan Clinic that shows Racist Behavior to Black Men. 0 stars if you don't push a star it won't summit your Statement. -0 stars

Good place to go if your doctors office is closed. They can do stitches, X-rays, anything the ER can do.

Avoid if possible. Crowded. Lack sympathy and very slow to provide service to suffering clientele. Uggj

I have been to Med 7 urgent care a couple of times each time I have had superior care and when my need exceeded what they could handle there they were great about getting me set up at the emergency room for a quick entry and continued great care.

Love how professional the staff are and how clean the facility is. They always take good care of you and follow up too. Dr. Kraft is the best!

The wait can be a little long but when I didn't have health insurance I was able to go in and get the vaccinations and physical that I needed for my Pharmacy Certification.

My family & I have sought medical attention at this Urgent Care for years, always with excellent care and pleasant staff. My experience here remains so, for one exception.
Within 6 months to one year, there has been a new receptionist, Crystal (to discern among other receptionists). She is rude, obnoxious, combative and doesn't seem to understand what customer service requires.
If you happen to have a business issue which needs to be attended to, I suggest you ask to speak with someone else since she does not have any effective interpersonal skills. Don't let her tell you "No." or "There is no one else." Advocate for yourself and insist.
It is unacceptable for any patient to be treated so disrespectfully and unprofessionally.

I have been going to Med 7 for many years. Its much easier than going to my primary care or pediatrician for my kids. The staff is always friendly and wanting to help. The facility is clean and I love the bottled water they give you while your waiting. I mainly go to the Roseville location. Dr Sabin is there full time. Shes great. She listens attentively and addresses the problem. I currently have insurance but there are times when I havent had it and the prices have been reasonable. I will continue to use Med 7 whenever medical care is needed for myself and my family. Thank you Med 7 for great service.

I was unable to get into my regular doctor. I went into MED7 and was taken care of promptly. The staff was friendly and the doctor took care of my problem. I would recommend MED7 to anyone needing urgent care services.

I was very ill and was concerned I might have the Swine Flu. I went into MED7 and was treated promptly. The doctor was wonderful and I felt I was in good hands. I would recommend MED7 to anyone that is in need of urgent care services.

I took my daughter in for a fever. They tested her and she had Infuenza B. She was well cared for and the staff was friendly and quick.

My 8 year old grandson was misdiagnosed last week. We were told (by a Med7 PA) that my young grandson had Herpes . We were so worried about how he would have gotten it and were told that it was common and there was nothing they could prescribe since he was only 8 years old. I asked if he should be on antibiotics & was told that wouldn't work on Herpes. Just put Neosporin & let it run it's course.



We thought perhaps he caught it at school. No one in the family has ever had it. To make a long story short. Here it is a week later & the sores spread over his mouth. This time we went to our regular physician and found out that he has impetigo, has needed antibiotic's and a prescription cream for this past week and has exposed classmates and numerous friends .



Now he will miss additional school days and has to suffer through more time with this infection. The Med7 PA should have sought the opinion of the Physician to verify his diagnosis.



If you get examined by a PA- just ask for the doctor to confirm the findings. Needless to say we won't be taking our children back to Med7. I should have waited to schedule an appt. at my doctors office the following day.
