The worst I have ever seen, all they do is harassing home owners with fines always blaming the Board. E-mails are never returned by the Manager and requests to attend the Board meetings are not answered. I am waiting for a scheduled repair for over 1 year. I guess the best solution is have the Board to engage another Company or take a legal action.

I've been a landlord for 10 years. Working with J&J was the worst experience I've had yet. Communication was horrible, regularly taking weeks to respond to emails. Negligence was abound, including things like taking months to repair a boiler, months to flip apartments (and approving contractor work with horrible workmanship in the process). Charged for repairs such as new smoke detectors and never installed them. Not responding in a timely manner to emergency repair requests such as a front door when it was damaged on one of my buildings. 3 months to provide tenant insurance documents, weeks to respond to most emails, and most follow-ups were ignored. Financial reports weeks late, again multiple requests to get them were ignored. Months(!) to get vendor quotes for improvements, and then getting quotes 2-3x market rates. Tenant with known aggressive dog was allowed to remain even after J&J was aware of the situation. Countless other issues, including this response from James regarding his employees, after multiple attempts to get a response about a double-charge on my account (and I quote): "it is hard...to stop what they are doing and answer emails as fast as many of our clients would like". This was after a week of no response. Most times I wouldn't hear back for multiple weeks. And generally, no effort was made to rectify any issues brought to their attention over time. So, due to the inability to manage my properties (encompasing residential, commercial, and industrial) they no longer do so. Don't walk, RUN away.
Horrific. Been here for years and plan on moving due not only to their neglect and unresponsiveness on serious matters (unknown people blocking our garage and NO RESPONSE from mgt when my husband who is a first responder had to go to work, on 6 or 7 separate occasions) but their downright petty harassment over what they deem to be "non compliance with decor". Would NEVER in a million years buy another place in a complex managed by them.
Can't seem to get worse. Basement completely destroyed from power washers and I'm told even though they hired people to do the work it's now destroyed inside place so it's my problem. Pointed out some bi laws in book they gave me and I was told they don't apply to me but to people that bought the unit originally - I'm not even here a year and already totally disgusted with how the management doesn't care about anything and wishes to take responsibility for nothing Asked several times if I can go to meeting but doesn't seem like they will allow that either. I pay my maintence actually two months in advance and they just avoid responsibility on everything. Everyone in area agrees that they are worst and no matter who you speak to in lions gate they aren't on same page with anything. I'm shocked and never expected such a poorly run management!!! The worst! Hate to post bad review but it's well deserved.
The worst of the worst - unresponsive to unit owners needs and requests. I'm paying common fees and they act like they're paying me. They totally ignore countless requests for repairs and services. I WOULD DO THOROUGH BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE CONSIDERING CONTRACTING.

This firm does not take care of homeowners needs, Our buildings common hallway light has been out over 20 days,. The Board & Managemet Company have been told now over 5 times, via fax,email and phone calls about this condition. As a homeowner I am appalle by the lack of attention to safety issues !Shame on Lionsgate and Holl Streams Board.
